DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your purchase by USPS within 5-7 business days. International deliveries will be sent by US Postal Service.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase and we try very hard to describe and photograph all items accurately. However, Dovetail maintains a no refund/no return policy. However, if you feel an item was grossly misrepresented on our site, please give us a call at 312-243-3100 and we'd be happy to resolve the issue.
VINTAGE CLOTHING
Most of our vintage clothing is pre-worn. We do our best to ensure that each item for sale is of the highest quality. All items are laundered, steamed, and inspected for damage before being placed for sale. Any major flaws will be shown in our listing photos. However we cannot be held responsible for minor variations in the visual representation of our products due to differences of individual computer monitors.
